According to a spokesperson of the school educationdepartment, 3582 newly recruited teachers have been given exemption for mutualtransfer. According to the spokesperson both the candidates for inter-districtadjustment should be of the same category while the two candidates for mutualadjustment in the district may be of different categories. At the same time itcame to the notice of the department that some teachers, head teachers andcentre head teachers could not apply for the transfer due to non-fulfillment oftransfer conditions. Therefore, 3582 newly recruited teachers, Head Teachersand Centre Head Teachers recruited through direct recruitment have been giventime till April 28 to upload their general information, service records, resultsetc. on the e-Punjab portal for mutual transfers.
