"Pyaar humein kis mod pe le aaya": Vivek Oberoi Apologises For Violating Traffic Rules on Valentines Day

Vivek Oberoi took his wife Priyanka Alva on a romantic bike ride on the occasion of Valentine's Day. His video was also shared on social media. However, now this video has become a big problem for Vivek. According to the reports, the Mumbai Traffic Police has fined Vivek Rs 500 on charges of driving a bike without helmet on the city roads.

Vivek Oberoi has also been accused of breaking the Corona Guideline. While riding the bike, both Vivek and Priyanka did not wear masks. The reports quoted an officer as saying that the provisions of Maharashtra Covid-19 precautionary measures against Vivek and the Motor Vehicles Act as well as section 188 of the IPC (disobedience of order duly issued by public servant) and 269 (infection of dangerous disease) FIR has been registered under negligence between outbreaks.

Now, Vivek has finally broken his silence and expressed his gratitude to the Mumbai Police for making him understand that safety is always important. Vivek wrote, "Pyaar humein kis mod pe le aaya!Nikle they nayi bike par hum aur hamari jaan, bina helmet ke kat gaya chalaan!Riding without a helmet?Mumbai police will do a checkmate!Thank u @mumbaipolice for making me realise that safety is always most important. Be safe,Wear a helmet & a mask."
