While Britain is still mourning Queen Elizabeth II's death, a shocking incident took place after a man tried to Queen Elizabeth II's coffin at Westminster Hall. Queen Elizabeth II Westminster video has been doing rounds on social media with netizens wondering why the man tried to rush towards the late monarch's coffin. As per UK media reports, the man darted out of line and allegedly ran up the stairs of the catafalque before touching the coffin. However, the man was not able to reach Queen Elizabeth II's coffin as he was taken down by the security officials present nearby and was later arrested.

In Queen Elizabeth II Westminster hall viral video, it can be seen mourners in shock after they saw a man rushing toward the Queen's coffin. As soon as the man broke the queue and ran towards Queen's coffee he was taken down by the security personnel present there. After the incident, a statement from Scotland Yard said: "Around 22:00hrs on Friday 16 September officers from the Met’s Parliamentary and Diplomatic Protection Command detained a man in Westminster Hall following a disturbance."

It is pertinent to mention here that a man was detained recently for heckling Prince Andrew during the procession for Queen Elizabeth's coffin. The man was pulled to the floor by a police officer after he was heard shouting "Andrew, you're a sick old man". Later, the man was arrested as well. The Police released a statement saying, "A 22-year-old man was arrested in connection with a breach of the peace on the Royal Mile around 2.50pm on Monday, 12 September 2022."

Notably, Breach of the peace, also known as disturbing the peace, is a form of disorderly conduct, which can be punishable by as much as 12 months in prison and/or a fine of up to 5,000 pounds in Scotland.
