Dr. Vivek Bindra, motivational speaker & CEO of Bada Business, is facing some serious charges after his wife Yanika accused him of domestic violence. YouTuber Dr. Vivek Bindra who was already at loggerheads with Sandeep Maheshwari over accusations of fraud, has now been booked under various charges leveled by his wife. An FIR has been filed against Vivek Bindra in Noida's Sector 126 police station on 14 December by his wife Yanika's brother Vaibhav Kwatra. Bindra has been booked under various sections of the IPC including 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 504 (Intentional insult), 427 (Mischief causing damage), and 325 (voluntarily causing grievous hurt). Interestingly, Dr. Vivek Bindra who is known to lead a public life has not shared any picture of his marriage on social media handles. Not only this but not much is known about Vivek Bindra's wife Yanika. Also, Vivek Bindra who did a vlogging of Oyo Founder Ritesh Agarwal wedding reception, did not even share a video of his marriage with Yanika.
However, Yanika's brother Vaibhav Kwatra talking to the media gave some insight into his sister and Vivek Bindra's marriage. As per reports, Vaibhav Kwatra is a resident of Chander Nagar, Ghaziabad. Vaibhav Kwatra was quoted saying, "My sister Yanika got married to Vivek Bindra on December 6 at Lalit Managar Hotel. Vivek currently lives in Supernova West Residency, Sector-94. After marriage, at 3 am on 8th December, Vivek was arguing with mother Prabha. Meanwhile, when Yanika tried to intervene, he got angry at her sister. After this, he locked the room and abused Yanika. Then beat her brutally. Along with this, Yanika's mobile was also broken."
It is pertinent to mention here that Yanika is the second wife of Dr. Vivek Bindra. His first wife is Geetika Sabarwal who is fighting a legal case against the YouTuber.
Vaibhav further said that after this Yanika called her sister and informed about this. Vaibhav Kwatra stated that thereafter he reached Yanika's house with his other sister. On December 8, Yanika was admitted to a private hospital in Delhi.
It is pertinent to mention here that not much information is available about Yanika, however, it is believed that she was a makeup artist before marrying Dr. Vivek Bindra.
Dr. Vivek Bindra's legal trouble
Going by the FIR, Vaibhav has alleged that Vivek Bindra locked his sister in a room, hurled abuses and physically assaulted her severely, resulting in injuries all over her body. The incident took place at around 2.30-3.00 AM on 7th December, the day after the day of the wedding. Vaibhav in his FIR has alleged that the fight took place when Yanika tried to intervene in the argument between Bindra and his mother Prabha. After Yanika tried to resolve the matter, Bindra allegedly dragged her into a room, locked her in, and assaulted her causing severe injuries.
