World Health Day 2021: South actors remind fans to lead healthy life

On the occasion of world health day, south celebrities are sending messages to encourage people about building a healthy world.

World health day celebrated on April 7 comes once a year but since last year everyday feels like a health awareness day. We are constantly reminded to live a safe and healthy life. With the world fighting corona virus everyday we are pushed towards health issues. 

On the occasion of world health day, south celebrities are sending messages to encourage people about building a healthy world. South star Samantha Akkineni, known for her fitness shared an update on her social media, “as we listen deeper to your bodies and elevate our health as a value in our lives, we walk the earth attuned, resilient and nourished”.

Another fitness enthusiast of South Indian film industry, Nagarjuna Akkineni send out a positive message to all his fans and wrote on his twitter, “today is world health day!! In these difficult times of #covid19 remember to take care of your loved ones and yourself”.

Rahul Preet Singh along with her best friend Lakshmi Manchi regularly share their workout videos on social media and encourage people to stay fit. Today on world health day occasion Lakshmi tweets, “this #worldhealthday, let’s come together & raise awareness to ensure everyone has access to quality health services when and where they need them”. 

Every year, world health organisation gives a theme highlighting the priority area of public health. This years theme is “the greatest wealth is health” by Virgil. The theme constitutes WHO’s principle that the enjoyment of the highest attainable standard of health is one of the fundamental rights of every human being without distinction of race, political belief, religion, economic or social condition”.
