In the viral video, a female fan can be heard asking Yashasvi Jaiswal to ask Rohit Sharma to come to the pavilion's balcony. The female fan requested Yashasvi Jaiswal so that she could take pictures with both of them. However, Yashasvi Jaiswal's response won the internet. Yashasvi Jaiswal said that he is afraid to ask the skipper Rohit Sharma to come for a photo op and therefore, he politely rejected the fan's request.
Reacting to the video, a user wrote, "Fangirl to Yashasvi : Please say Rohit Sharma standing beside to look here and talk. Yashasvi :Can't i am also afraid of him."

The first session was won by India as debutant Akash Deep took 3 wickets and Ben Stokes was sent back to the pavilion country of Jadeja just before the lunch session.
