Dr. Vivek Bindra, YouTuber & CEO of Bada Business, has sued motivational speaker Sandeep Maheshwari to take down the video in which he talked about 'Business Scam'. YouTuber Sandeep Maheshwari on Thursday took to his YouTube channel and informed that Vivek Bindra has filed a civil suit and asked the court to delete the video in which multiple former employees of him allegedly exposed the Bada Business Scam. Although Vivek Bindra also released a video in which he denied any kind of scam in his business and accused Maheshwari of making such videos only to please his investors and for ad revenue.
Sandeep Maheshwari on his YouTube community wrote, "Vivek Bindra has filed a civil suit to get my video deleted. However, the court refused to direct me to delete it without considering my written stand when my lawyers informed the Hon’ble Court that my video is truthful. In fact, the Hon’ble Court in the interest of peace, asked both parties to not publish videos against each other till the case is pending."
Vivek Bindra is in separate legal trouble
Vivek Bindra is facing a domestic violence case from his wife. Going by the FIR, Vaibhav, the brother of Bindra's wife, has alleged that the YouTuber locked his sister in a room, hurled abuses, and physically assaulted her severely, resulting in injuries all over her body. The incident took place at around 2.30-3.00 AM on 7th December, the day after the day of the wedding. Vaibhav in his FIR has alleged that the fight took place when Yanika tried to intervene in the argument between Bindra and his mother Prabha. After Yanika tried to resolve the matter, Bindra allegedly dragged her into a room, locked her in, and assaulted her causing severe injuries
