Since you have landed on this page, True Scoop assumes that you are digging deep into Haq True Story or Haq Real Story and what happened to Bano's children?
Haq tells the tale of Shazia Bano who got married to Abbas and had multiple children with him over the years. However, when Shazia was pregnant with Abbas' third child, he went to Pakistan saying that he has to sell his land due to some legal reasons. Abbas told Shazia that he will return in 3 weeks. However, he returned after 3 months. Not only this,, but he also brought his second wife from Pakistan.
Shazia was told that Abbas married Saira because his husband was alcoholic and used to beat him a lot. Ultimately, Saira's husband died and hence, Abbas married her. However, Saira then revealed that Abbas used to love her before he got married to Shazia and after listening that she has lost her husband, he came to Pakistan to marry her.
Ultimately, Abbas started to live with his second wife. Finally, Abbas stopped sending Rs 400 as a maintenance to Shazia for children and ultimately he divorced her by saying 'Talaq' three times i.e. 'Triple Talaq'.
Hence, Shazia fought a long legal battle in all three courts i.e. Session Court, High Court, and Supreme Court. Supreme Court ordered Abbas to pay Shazia maintenance for life. But, then government passed a new law that totally overturned the verdict.
In reality, Shah Bano Begum had five children with her husband Mohammed Ahmed Khan: three sons and two daughters. Bano's children remained away from the media spotlight after the legal cases were over.
Bano's youngest son Jameel Ahmed gave an interview in 2017. At that time Jameel was 67-years-old and was a realty agent.
While talking to a news portal, Jameel stated that after the verdict by Supreme Court, Shah Bano got an invitation from Rajiv Gandhi (then Prime Minister)
"He wanted to meet my mother and so I had accompanied my mother to Delhi."
Recalling his meeting with Rajiv Gandhi, Jameel Ahmad said, "Rajiv ji said that the situation was very critical. He asked us to refuse the maintenance. He spent around 15 minutes with us."
Notably, not much information is available about other children of Shah Bano.
