The official trailer of much-awaited series Kohrra: Season 2 was released on Thursday. Created by Sudip Sharma, Gunjit Chopra and Diggi Sisodia, Kohrra Season 2 is a murder mystery that revolves around Punjab cops investigating the murder of a woman named Preet Bajwa.
Kohrra Season 2 features Barun Sobti, Mona Singh, Suvinder Vicky and more in the key roles. The character of Preet Bajwa is played by Pooja Bhamrrah.
Going by the trailer, Kohrra Season 2 revolves around the murder investigation of the case that is taken up by Assistant Sub-Inspector Amarpal Garundi (Barun Sobti), who finds himself starting afresh under a new commanding officer, Sub-Inspector Dhanwant Kaur (Mona Singh).
The answer is no. Like season 1, Like Season 1, Kohrra Season 2 a fictional Punjabi crime thriller. The series is slated to be released on Netflix on February 11, 2026.
Notably, Kohrra Season 2 is among the most awaited series of the year. This is due to the success of season 1. The extent of success of the series can be understood by the fact that Kohrra won multiple FIlmfare OTT Awards.
Coming back to Kohrra Season 2, Mona Singh was quoted saying, "Dhanwant is a woman of few words but immense resolve. She’s navigating loss, responsibility and the constant need to prove herself. It’s a role that demanded restraint."
