Bollywood veteran actor Dharmendra on Monday passed away at the age 89. IANS quoted a source confirming Dharmendra's death on November 24, 2025. Film-maker Karan Johar also took to his Instagram handle and posted a deeply emotional condolence message for the Sholay-fame actor.

Dharmendra whose born on December 8, 1935 in Punjab. As per reports, he hailed from Dangon village in Punjab's Ludhiana district and had lived briefly in the nearby town of Sahnewal.
