As per the reports, the accused had given him pesticides with an intention of only making him faint and unconscious in an attempt to implicate his son-in-law. As per the information, Gajendra’s son-in-law had filled a complaint against him just a short while ago accusing him of stealing anklets. Following this Gajendra was furious and wanted to take revenge. So, in order to do that, the he conspired and poisoned his own son as part of his plan.

The deceased child’s mother, Mamta, 32 says that they are originally from Madhepura in Bihar and are currently living in a Jalandhar village named Hazara. The couple has four children including the 6-year-old son. Talking about the incident the mother shares that she was cooking in the kitchen when she saw the 6-year-old Rupesh with two biscuits in his hand. The child was eating one of the two biscuits. The kid tells her mother that his father gave him some medicine, before Mamta could make sense of anything the kid started to vomit profusely. The mother got alarmed by this and immediately went to her father Bhullar Mukhiya who lived nearby, from there the child was taken to the Civil Hospital.
