Jalandhar Electricity Cut alert: More than 18 areas to witness power outage of over 6 hours on August 4

Power Shutdown in Jalandhar on August 4

11KV Mandi Road Feeder will be shutdown on August 4 from 9 am to 3 pm. This will disrupt electricity services in areas- Santoshi Nagar, Qazi Mandi, Mandi Road, Rishi Nagar, Partap Road, Bhagat Singh Chowk, BKB, Railway Road, and Inderprasth Mohalla.

Furthermore, 11 KV Central Mill Feeder will remain shutdown on August 4 as well from 9 am to 3 pm.

It will affect areas- Dhan Mohalla, Qilla Mohalla, Kaji Mohalla, Khingra Gate, Panj Peer Bazar, Attari Bazar, Shivrajgarh, Bashirpura, and Adda Hoshiarpur.

Not Only this, but 11KV Railway Road Feeder will also undergo a shutdown on the same date and same timing.

It will affect areas- BDS Nagar, Dhan Mohalla, and BKB.

Hence, the electricity department has apologised to residents living in areas. Also, residents living the areas are advised to complete their work before 9 am on August 4 like storing water, etc, in advance.
