

Jalandhar Deputy Commissioner Dr. Himanshi Aggarwal has announced that that registration under the Punjab Government’s flagship ‘Mukhya Mantri Sehat Yojna’ (MMSY) will start in Jalandhar district from January 8, 2026.
Under Mukhya Mantri Sehat Yojna scheme, cashless medical treatment up to Rs. 10 lakh per family per year will be provided across all government and empanelled private hospitals in Punjab and Chandigarh.
DC further stated that that to avail benefits under the scheme, the applicant must be a resident of Punjab. Health cards can be made at any nearby Common Service Centre (CSC) in villages or urban areas.
So far, 15 government hospitals and 47 private hospitals in Jalandhar district have been empanelled under the scheme.
