The Electricity Department of Jalandhar has announced a scheduled power cut in some areas of Jalandhar on today (Saturday, February 28). The power cut is going to take place due to maintenance work on the 11 KV Urban Estate Feeder and 11 KV Dakoha Feeder.
As per reports, the power cut is schedule to take place from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM today. Residents and businesses in the affected areas are advised to plan accordingly to avoid inconvenience. The areas that would be affected by the cut are:
1. Bashirpura
2. Kamal Vihar
3. Thakur Singh Colony
4. Kamal Vihar
5. Thakur Singh Colony
6. Shourya Green
7. Niti Shri Flats
The department has expressed regret over the inconvenience caused and assured that efforts will be made to restore supply within the stipulated time.
