Madhav Kapoor shares how just within the past one month four to five such instances have occurred with the labor that works at GJA Valves & Automation. Talking about thier struggle he says that this has become a constant battle for the labor. He also shares how such cases were a rare occurrence earlier especially during the day-time, and now in the past few years such cases have peaked. He also highlights a weird new trend that earlier robberies used to take place at night time but now many such instances happen even during the day in broad daylight.
He shares that this has impacted the labor community a lot as they regularly have to face the constant threat of being robbed or their valuables being stolen away from them. Madhav Kapoor also highlights how the adversities of this issue not only affect the labor community but also leave an impact on the industrial sector as well, since such brazen instances scare away the labor leaving the work behind to suffer. So, he says that this issue needs prompt attention and action.
