JALANDHAR, MAY 13: Know about the scheduled power shutdown that will affect several areas of Jalandhar on Thursday, May 14.
According to the electricity department, there will be a shutdown at the 66KV TV Center Substation from 9:00 AM to 12:30 PM due to maintenance and related works. During this period, power supply from the 11KV Tej Mohan Nagar feeder and 11KV New Ashok Nagar feeder will remain affected.
Areas likely to face electricity disruption include Avtar Nagar Gali No. 13, Tej Mohan Nagar, New Ashok Nagar, Ashok Nagar, Basti Sheikh Adda, Mochian Mohalla and adjoining areas.
Residents have been advised to make necessary arrangements in advance and plan their activities accordingly during the shutdown period.
