Cambridge International School (Co-Ed) proudly reaffirmed its commitment towards fuel conservation and sustainable living by participating in the nationwide awareness movement inspired by the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi. The school became the only institution in the region to take up this meaningful initiative on such a large scale, setting an inspiring example for the community. The school organized a special awareness drive to encourage students, parents, teachers and staff members to adopt responsible practices that contribute towards a greener, cleaner and stronger India. The campaign was conducted under the inspiring tagline, ‘Leading by Example: Nation First.’

Her thoughtful initiative underscored the importance of environmental responsibility and motivated the entire school community to adopt eco-friendly practices in their daily lives. Expressing her vision for a greener future, our worthy President Ma’am shared that educational institutions have a pivotal role in nurturing responsible and environmentally conscious citizens. She emphasized that protecting the environment is the duty of every individual and that students must be instilled with sustainable values from an early age.

The initiative motivated the entire school community to adopt eco-friendly practices & a deep sense of patriotism in their daily lives. The Vice-Principal, Education Officer and Academic Dean also participated enthusiastically and encouraged the staff members to contribute wholeheartedly towards the noble cause. Teachers and staff members recorded the distance travelled from home to school and the modes of transportation used such as walking, school bus and carpooling.
