Following their motto, the Mann government has continued its fight against corruption in Punjab, and recently, they have taken a major step by terminating nine data entry operators and security guards working in the Ministry of Transport of Punjab with immediate effect.
According to the reports, the Minister of Transport of Punjab, Laljit Singh Bhullar, has ordered the termination of the ‘Senior Assistant’ on charges of corruption.
The sources associated with the government have clarified that this step has been taken by the Transport Minister in order to decrease corruption across the state.
The official notice regarding immediate termination was served to the Deputy Transport Commissioner of Punjab.
According to the reports, this massive step proves the official message of the Mann government that corruption or negligence will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
