Aadm Aadmi Party leader Kuldeep Singh Dhaliwal on February 1 slammed the BJP for ignoring Punjab once again in Union Budget 2026. Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman tabled Budget 2026 in the parliament on February 1.
Reacting to the Union Budget 2026, Dhaliwal said that he had already said that there should not be any expectations from the BJP government. In the Union Budget neither they announced any legal guarantee on MSP, nor they announced any job guarantees for the youths. The state that helped India get independence has been given nothing in the Budget.
