Ludhiana DC Himanshu Jain has issued a strict guideline ahead of the New Year celebrations. DC Himanshu Jain has instructed restaurant owners to not serve alcohol to children and people below 25 years. Furthermore, DC has strictly directed that loud DJs will not be playing beyond permissible hours.

"Our teams are checking randomly in the evening, FIR will be registered against the owners and the concerned adult found violating these above orders, please spread the word. No one will be spared," reads DC's official order.
