Under Mann Government's Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojana scheme, residents of Punjab will be eligible for cashless medical treatment of up to Rs 10 lakh per year.

Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojna is first-of-its-kind scheme in the country to provide cashless medical treatment worth Rs 10 lakh to residents of the state.

Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojna scheme is expected to benefit the entire population of three crore residents, and over 500 private hospitals have been empaneled for the scheme so far, and the number will be enhanced to 1000 in the coming days.

In July 2025, CM Mann had informed that the government will make a health card. The health cardholders can get treatment of up to Rs 10 lakh in private as well as Government hospitals.

However, people who could not get health cards can still get cashless treatment of up to Rs 10 lakh.

Under the scheme, a family can avail cashless treatment up to a maximum of Rs 10 lakh in a year. If required, the benefit can be availed again after one year. A total of 1,950 treatment packages will be available in both government and empanelled private hospitals.

A key feature of the scheme is its universal coverage. Regardless of income status, every resident of Punjab will be eligible to apply for a Mukh Mantri Sehat Yojna Health Card.
