In a major development in the case related to the death of Richi Kaypee, son of former minister and former Jalandhar MP Mohinder Singh Kaypee, the main accused Prince, who had been absconding for several weeks, has surrendered before the court.

Acting on a complaint by his father, police registered a case of rash and negligent driving and culpable homicide not amounting to murder against Ertiga driver Prince and Grand Vitara driver Vishu.
