A video has been circulating on social media that has sparked a major concern after alleging that Sikh minor girls in the United Kingdom are being specifically targeted by grooming gangs and offered monetary incentives for religious conversion, however, it is noteworthy that the claims have not been verified by any official authority yet.
The video was shared by a Punjabi resident of England, that features a young woman making some serious allegations about an alleged “Kaur-to-Khan” movement in being run in Britain. She further claims that these gangs, said to be of Pakistani origin, are actively targeting non-Muslim girls, particularly Sikh girls as part of a planned conspiracy.
According to the woman in the video, individuals involved in such activities are allegedly paid £10,000 (around ₹11 lakh) for each Sikh girl they successfully entrap and convert to Islam. She further claims that the amount is lower, around £5,000 (₹5.5 lakh) for girls from Hindu or Christian backgrounds.
The woman further alleges that the accused first build emotional connections with their targets by taking them out in luxury cars to expensive restaurants and once trust is established, they allegedly manipulate the girls into conversion.
The video and its claims have gained a lot of traction online, raising alarm among sections of the community, however, there has been no official confirmation or evidence provided by authorities in the UK regarding these allegations.
