Four friends who have now turned business partners namely- Rahul Vinod Vohra, Annanya Agarwal, Amay Thakkar and Veer Pinto presented their company The Croffle Guys to Sharks.
The Mumbai-based entrepreneurs explained that The Croffle Guys is a food brand that serves 'Hybrid of Croissant and Waffle'. It is 'as sweet as a chocolate and even savory as margarita.'
The entrepreneurs asked for Rs 1 crore in exchange of Rs 1 crore equity at Rs 100 crore valuation.
Rahul Vinod Vohra said, "We went for a boys trip in Thailand. There was a young Thai lady who was making a croffle. We tasted it and it blew our mind. First outlet opened in May and our second outlet opened in September 2025."
"I have studied Economics from New York University. But, I have worked as an actor in film industry for 9 years. I have worked for a Director named Kabir Khan. Now, I am full time working in this."
Annanya Agarwal, "I have studied MBA from Atlanta. In 2017, my brother and I started a recycling startup. I am still operating in that company."
Annanya's first startup Runaya is projected to clock Rs 1000 crore in FY 25-26.
In the end, all sharks gave offer to 'The Croffle Guys'. However, the founders of The Croffle Guys opted Kunal Bahl and Mohit Yadav's joint offer of Rs 2.5 crore investment for 6% of the company.
