Punjab on May 26 has witnessed a massive transformationin the administration department as 22 IAS officers and 30 PCS officers havebeen transferred.
The postings/ transfers of the officers will come intoimmediate effect. With these transfers, Additional Deputy Commissioners andSub-Division Magistrates of various cities have been transferred.
Notably, these transfers hint at another round oftransfers in which Deputy Commissioners and IPS officers could be given chargeof other divisions.
