Shauryavardhan Pandey also known as Yahoo Baba, who runs an organisation named Anatta Sangha in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand has been accused of sexually exploiting a Polish girl, who came to India to overcome depression.
The girl has alleged that Yahoo Baba forcefully used to hug her and then used to make her lie down and touch her private organs. He always used to command her to come to his room alone at night.
The Polish girl with the help of an Indian friend living in Delhi filed a complaint with the Jalandhar police. Following the complaint, the Baba was booked under the IPC section 354, and 354-A. After the FIR was registered, the case was transferred to the Munikireti police station area of Tehri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand.

The victim, who is from Poland, told the police that she is a yoga teacher and arrived in India on January 13. After residing in south India for about 8 months, she came to Rishikesh in Uttarakhand, where she came across a friend from the Philippines, who introduced her to the organisation named Anatta Sangha.

The victim was suffering from depression and her Philippines friend told her that he would also join the organisation. She was told about miraculous powers and her depression will be cured with the help of Yahoo Baba.
The victim was told that through Baba, she will be able to discover the Ultimate Truth.
The victim has attended several satsangs organised by the Yahoo Baba, where used to hug her tight. In another satsangs in Rishikesh, the victim saw a chair called the freedom chair, on which one could sit and talk to Baba sitting in front.
Sitting on the chair the victim told Yahoo Baba that she's in depression and was offered help from Baba. He came closer to her, hit a girl's stick behind and asked her what she saw? On answering that there's nothing, Baba told her it's her fear.

Later on, hearing that she was going to Goa on that evening, Yahoo baba scared her saying that if she goes to Goa she would get trapped in something terrible. She was frightened and stayed in Rishikesh.
She was assured of help from Yahoo Baba in curing her depression. He would invite girls to his private apartment and also had two girlfriends from Canada and the UK who used to live with him.
The Polish girl went to Yahoo Baba's apartment in April 2021, where she saw him with some girls in his bedroom, lying along with him. He even asked her to lie with him on his bed and after she laid, he touched her inappropriately. When she confronted Baba about not liking all this, she was told to have sexual issues. He then brainwashed her and kept physically harassing and torturing her mentally.
She took Yahoo Baba as her mentor, therefore, continued doing what he said and trusted him.
Baba had also told her to have four boyfriends, that is the only thing that would improve her sexual health. Further, she added that Yahoo Bana would not leave a chance to molest her, she remained silenced due to fear of being shamed.
While the Sangh was in Dharamshala, Yahoo Baba would call the Polish victim at night in his room and terrified her saying if she left him, she would be left alone and have a horrible life. They stayed at Vidya Ashram Hotel in Dharamshala. Despite knowing his intentions, she went to his room every night.
This went on happening, self-doubt was created in her, Yahoo Baba would tell her to be less in touch with her family. He made her do what he wanted and told her he knows what's better for her.
During his liquor party, Baba would make everyone open to sexual pleasure and talk about it with Anatta Sangh members.

The Polish girl also informed the police that she had several times seen Yahoo Baba molesting other girls too.
In her police complaint, the victim stated that Yahoo Baba is a pervert and is cruel and has corrupt intentions regarding women. She also said that he traps and manipulates innocent girls by brainwashing them by showing them as inferiors. The same was down to her, she added.
After coming from Dharamshala to Jalandhar, Yahoo Baba was trying to escape to Lucknow or Goa, therefore, the victim filed a complaint in Jalandhar and he was caught. Soon after the case was registered Yahoo Baba was sent to Rishikesh police station.
