Shamita-Raqesh Bapat, Akshara Singh, and Pratik Sehajpal's connections were nominated as weak competitors as part of an assignment. Bigg Boss punished them by making them do a task that required both couples to walk continually. All of the participants were sitting in the garden area, and while Shamita and Raqesh objected to the penalty, they nevertheless carried it out.

Shamita broke down in tears and told Raqesh that there is a class difference in the family as the two couples were working on the task. She claims that she is labelled as classy and bossy just because she hails from a particular background and was a Bollywood star. She goes on to add that she came here hoping that people from all over the globe would give her a chance, but that her housemates are not ready to welcome her.

She criticises the fact that everyone mocks her for being diplomatic, heartless, and dictatorial. Shamita says she feels like she's living in a gutter. She sobs uncontrollably and expresses her desire to return home to her family. She goes on to say that they are going through a difficult period right now, and she has come to the programme to prove to the housemates that she is good, like an idiot.
Divya, Nishant, and others at the dinner table begin singing 'haste haste katt jaaye raste' at the same moment. Shamita loses it and tells Raqesh that his 15-year-old pal is a snake. Nishant then exclaims loudly, "I'm glad Bigg Boss asked everyone to sit in the garden area and watch the task." Shamita takes exception to this and blasts him.

"Do you enjoy this task?" she yells at him. She verbally attacks him and continues to refer to him as "snake." Nishant isn't silent either, yelling at the camera, "See, she's the real Shamita Shetty, who abuses people." He goes on to claim that this is Shamita's true face. He even refers to Shamita as "plastic" and claims that she has come to consume gluten-free cuisine.
Shamita has an anxiety attack and retreats to the bathroom. Later, she is summoned to the medical room, where she is treated.
