
Mumbai,Sep 6 (IANS): Friends, fans and many members of the entertainment fraternitymeditatively mourned the passing away of TV heartthrob Sidharth Shukla at anonline prayer meeting on Monday.
Theprayer meeting, conducted virtually from the late actor's family home inMumbai, was led by the Brahmakumaris. Sidharth, who was quite spirituallyinclined, was a follower of the religious organisation.
Hewould often visit the Brahmakumari centre and was last seen there on RakshaBandhan day. In an interview to the media, the renowned teacher among theBrahmakumaris, Tapaswiniji, had then said: "He came to our Vile Parlecentre and our Yoginiji there tied rakhi on him."
Sidharth'smother, Rita Shukla, is also a follower of the Brahmakumaris. Monday's onlineprayer meeting was led by Brahmakumari Yogini Didi and Sister Shivani showeredher blessings on the departed soul.
