Setting out an example for those who are resistant to get vaccinated, the Cambridge School Co-ed on Friday, organised a vaccination camp at the school premises for the faculty and support staff of the Cambridge family.

The aim behind organising the vaccination camp at school was to motivate people across state to get themselves vaccinated in order to win this battle against covid19.

A team of doctors from Jalandhar’s Patel Hospital visited the school campus to vaccinate the members of the management, faculty members and support staff including guards, gardeners, maids, bus drivers, conductors and among other staff, who received their first dose of vaccine.

The members of the management informed that an enthusiastic participation was witnessed in the drive. “The Cambridge (Co-ed) family has set an example for those who are still reluctant to get the vaccine jab”, they said.

They further said that the vaccination drive can help to build herd immunity resulting in breaking the transmission chain of the infectious disease.

“The vaccination is now open for all people above the age of 45 and any kind of ID can be produced for the getting jab. The people must not believe in the rumours surrounding the vaccine and should get themselves vaccinated”, the members added.
