JioPhone Next will be available from Diwali and its price and features are finally unveiled by the company. Customers can purchase the phone with as low as Rs. 1,999 thanks to Reliance's affordable EMI plans. These EMIs begin at Rs. 300 per month.

The JioPhone Next is powered by Pragati OS, an Android-based platform designed exclusively for the Indian market. A 13-megapixel back camera, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 SoC, and the Translate Now feature are among the other features.

JioPhone Next Price in India

The new JioPhone Next costs Rs. 6,499 in India. The smartphone can be purchased straight with no EMI alternatives for the stated price. Buyers can also choose the Easy EMI option, which requires them to pay Rs. 1,999 upfront (plus Rs. 501 in processing fees) and then pay the balance in easy EMIs.

How to buy JioPhone Next

To purchase the device, consumers must visit their nearest Jio Mart digital retailer or register on the website. Users can also register on WhatsApp by sending a 'Hi' to 7018270182 to begin the procedure. A confirmation email will be issued to the customer once the registration is complete. To obtain their JioPhone Next, the customer must go to a nearby JioMart retailer.

Specifications of JioPhone Next

JioPhone Next is powered by Pragati OS, an optimised version of Android designed specifically for Indian users. It has a 5.45-inch HD+ (720x1,440 pixel) display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 and an anti-fingerprint coating.

The phone is powered by a 1.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 215 quad-core processor, 2GB of RAM, and 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded to 512GB.
In terms of cameras, the JioPhone Next includes a 13-megapixel back camera and an 8-megapixel selfie camera. Portrait mode, night mode, and preloaded custom India-augmented reality filters would be available on the rear camera.

The phone comes with a 3,500mAh battery. A Micro-USB port, 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth v4.1, Wi-Fi, and dual-SIM (Nano) slots are among the connectivity options. An accelerometer, a light sensor, and a proximity sensor are among the sensors included.

JioPhone Next will also include automatic software upgrades.

JioPhone Next includes Google Assistant compatibility, which will assist users in operating the smartphone by responding to instructions like "open app" and "manage settings." There's also a 'Read Aloud' option, which allows the user to have on-screen material read to them. This enables consumers to absorb content by listening to it in a language they understand.
