According to police, two unidentified men arrived on a motorcycle and were seen discarding the sack from the bridge. Initially, it was assumed that it was an animal carcass, possibly a dog, but upon closer inspection, they discovered the decomposing body of a young woman. Locals immediately informed the police.

The incident, caught on video by alert passersby, shows the suspects on a motorcycle, one of them dressed in a security guard uniform. The eyewitnesses described the duo as a middle-aged man around 50 and a youth aged between 20 and 23. One of them reportedly told bystanders the sack only contained mango peels.
