The Territorial Army is inviting the interested candidates (males or females) for the non-departmental officers. The eligible and interested candidates can apply for the exam by visiting the official website of the Indian Army – joinindianarmy.nic.in. The application forms are available from July 20, 2021, to August 19, 2021.
It is expected that the test would be conducted in the last of September, this year, across the country. The salary package would be between Rs 56,100 to Rs 1,77,500.
The Territorial Army is a part-time concept, which requires training for two months in a year.

Indian Army Officer Recruitment 2021: Eligibility criteria
Age Limit: Between 18 years to 42 years
Educational qualification: Graduated candidates, from any recognized university all over the country, can apply for the test.
Indian Army Officer Recruitment 2021: Selection Process
The candidates would be selected through a written exam, the selected candidates would be appointed on the rank of lieutenant.
Indian Army Officer Recruitment 2021: Exam pattern
Duration of exam: The time given for the exam would be 4 hours.
Sections in the exam: The exam would be broadly divided into four sections – Reasoning, Elementary Mathematics, English and General Knowledge.
Distribution of marks: Maximum marks of examination would be 200. Each section has 50 questions with 50 marks. Each question would consist one mark and there would be negative marking for wrong answers.

Qualifying marks: The candidates have to score more than 40 percent marks in each section and the overall percent would cross 50 percent of the total marks.
