IPL 2021: Rajasthan Royals vs Delhi Capitals today, David Miller likely to replace Ben Stokes

Delhi Capitals had defeated Chennai Super Kings in their opening match of IPL 2021. Today, on April 15 Delhi Capital will face Rajasthan Royals in the seventh match of IPL 2021 at Wankhede Stadium, in Mumbai.

In this thrilling match, both teams are headed by two young wicketkeeper-batsman captains. Rishabh Pant is leading Delhi Capitals meanwhile Rajasthan Royals Captaincy would be handled by Sanju Samson. The two teams would be aiming for a win, however, Delhi Capitals might face problems due to a lack of bowlers.

Veteran fast-bowler Ishant Sharma had missed the first match due to injury. In the middle of the season, Delhi Capitals South African fast bowler Enrique Nortie has also tested positive for covid19. Meanwhile, Akhar Patel has recovered but is unlikely to play against Rajasthan Royals. Rabada is also under quarantine but still anticipated to be a part of the match. Meanwhile, Rajasthan Royals is also suffering from the loss of Ben Stokes. Captain Sanju Samson scored a brilliant century but still lost their last game. The team would like to bounce back. However,  the England all-rounder Ben Stokes injury has badly affected the squad who is likely to be replaced by David Miller.
