Jalandhar's CT Institute: Sikh students forced to remove 'Kadas' before exam; Sikh organizations enraged

The enraged members of the Sikh Coordination Committee along with the families of the children reached the institute.

The Sikh students who went to the CT Institute, Jalandhar to give the exam today were harassed. The 'Kadas' of the students were taken off before the exam. After which the enraged members of the Sikh Coordination Committee along with the families of the children reached the institute. There has been great resentment among the Sikh community. 

After getting information about the dispute, the police of Pratappura police station reached the spot. The police took three members of the management to the police station. The police officer said that during the exam in the CT Institute, the Sikh youths' were harrsed by the management. The families of these students started protesting outside the CT Institute. After which three members of the management were taken to the police station Pratappura where the matter is being investigated.

It is worth mentioning that earlier, during the paper in Bathinda, a same case had come to the fore. SGPC Jathedar Giani Harpreet Singh had strongly condemned this matter and appealed to CM Bhagwant Mann to investigate the matter.
