The district police has arrested the accused mother and daughter in connection with the video of a girl from Badshahpur village of Kapurthala for making drug packets with the help of an electronic scale going viral. Whereas his brother has already been caught with 10 grams of heroin.
Confirming this, SP Ramninder Singh said, “26 grams of heroin and drug money worth one lakh has been recovered from the arrested accused mother and daughter.”

SP Ramninder Singh told, in the press conference that, recently in a viral video, an FIR was registered against 3 in the case of a girl making drug packets by weighing them with the help of an electronic scale. After which a raid was conducted and the girl's brother Gurjant Singh, was arrested along with 10 grams of heroin. While the accused girl and her mother were absconding. Whom the district police team has arrested on Monday. A case has been registered under the NDPS Act in the city police station.
