Former Indian Skipper MS Dhoni on Wednesday shared a teaser from his debut web series ‘Atharva’. His upcoming web series is a thriller series based on the novel ‘Atharva: The Origin’. This mythological sci-fi web series features Dhoni in an animated avatar on the battlefield.
The novel is an adaptation of author Ramesh Thamilmani. The former cricketer shared the first glimpse on his Facebook handle. The motion poster features a rugged-looking Dhoni, giving fans a glimpse into the world of Atharva and also a sneak peek into the first look of the cricketer as a superhero. “Happy to announce my new Avatar.....Atharva....," he captioned the post.
The web series is backed by Dhoni entertainment. They have also produced ‘Roar of the Lion’ which was released on Hotstar. His fans are eagerly waiting to see him back on screen. His biopic was a great success. It will be interesting to see the cricketer in the role of an actor. MS Dhoni will also be seen playing for Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2022. According to sources, this will be the last time MS will play in IPL.
