SSR Drugs Case: NCB arrests absconding drug peddler Regel Mahakal, used to supply drugs to Anuj Keshwani

The agency has reportedly recovered a substantial quantity of drugs during the raids.

Once the prime time of most of the media channels now a forgotten case, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) keeps on liting the fire in Sushant Sigh Rajput's case. While the CBI is tight-lipped on its findings and investigation in Sushant's case, the NCB's hunt for the drug kingpin of Bollywood still continues. 

In a recent development, the NCB has arrested an alleged drug peddler Regel Mahakal. He is accused of supplying drugs to Anuj Keshwani. Mahakal will be produced before court today. "He used to supply drugs to (another accused) Anuj Keshwani who further supplied it to others," an NCB official said.

As per reports, NCB is conducting raids at Milat Nagar, Lokhandwala in Mumbai. The agency has reportedly recovered a substantial quantity of drugs during the raids.

Earlier, Keshwani, an alleged drug peddler was arrested by the NCB in connection with a drug case related to the death of actor Sushant Singh Rajput. Keshwani was arrested after Kaizan Ebrahim disclosed his name and claimed that the former was his supplier for contrabands.
