The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) has finally locked the open mouths of various political parties who had slammed the anti-drug agencies for acting only on drug consumers and small peddlers. The central anti-drug agency on Wednesday hit the bullseye when it seized 5 kgs Malana cream valued around Rs 2.5 crores, ecstasy tablets, a certain amount of opium, and Rs 14 lakhs cash.
The development came when the NCB raided various locations in Mumbai's posh Andheri West area and arrested the absconding drug peddler Regel Mahakal. He is accused of supplying drugs to Anuj Keshwani. Mahakal will be produced before court today.

"Today, we have arrested Regel Mahakal we will be producing him in the court. We cannot disclose his links with Rhea Chakraborty and Showik," said NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede, who is leading the operations.
