The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB), which is investigating the drugs angle in Bollywood, today summoned actor Arjun Rampal's sister Komal for interrogation. The NCB has also questioned actor Arjun Rampal twice and his girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades twice. The Central Investigation Agency arrested Gabriella's brother a few days ago. However, he is out on bail.
The NCB raided Rampal's house on 9 November. On November 11 and 12, Arjun's girlfriend Gabriella Demetriades was questioned. The investigating agency has also interrogated Rampal's driver for several hours in custody.
Why Arjun's Sister Has Been Summoned?
Arjun Rampal's sister Komal has to reach the NCB office in Mumbai for questioning at 11 am. A few days ago banned drugs were found from the actor's house. For which he presented a backdate prescription before the investigating agency. This prescription was prepared by a doctor in Delhi on the advice of the actor's sister. The NCB recorded the statement of the doctor before the magistrate under section 164 of the CRPC. According to the doctor, this claim was written for the actor's sister's anxiety.
Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) inquiries also revealed that Bollywood actor Arjun Rampal said that some of the tablets recovered in the raid were of his dog as his dog suffered from joint pain. Those tablets were prescribed by a Veterinary doctor.
