At least 110 people, including 13 US soldiers were killed in the two bombings outside Hamid Karzai International Airport in Kabul on August 26. More attacks are anticipated on US forces helping Afghans seeking to flee Taliban-ruled Afghanistan.

On this attack, the US president said, “To those that carried out this attack, as well as anyone else who wishes America harm knows this: we will not forgive. We will hunt you down and make you pay. I will defend our interests in our people with every measure at my command.”

During the press conference, the US president’s physical appearance was enough to reflect the terrible blow to his presidency. Biden’s voice was cracking and he bowed down his head for a moment of silence while answering the questions to the journalists over the bloody twist in Afghanistan.

“We will complete our mission, and we will continue after our troops have withdrawn, to find means by which we can find any American who wishes to get out of Afghanistan. We will find them, and we will get them out," Biden said during the press conference.

Now his head-down picture has been viral on the internet and many are questioning the presidency of the new President.

Recently, US officials have given a list of evacuees to the terrorist group. According to the report by Politico, US officials have handed over the list of Americans to the Taliban. President Biden did not deny the reports claiming that there have been occasions where the US military contacted their military counterparts in the Taliban.

Reportedly, bomb attacks have killed around 60 Afghan, 13 US troops and around 18 US service members. Marine Gen Kenneth F McKenzie Jr told reporters that 12 US troops died and 15 others were injured. McKenzie further said that he doesn’t believe the Taliban had anything to do with the attack because they have a practical reason for wanting us to get out of here by 31st August 2021.
