Poco on Tuesday launched its new Poco M4 Pro 5G at a virtual event, which is a successor to the Poco M3 Pro 5G. The Poco M4 Pro 5G has rebranded the version of the Redmi Note 11 5G that was inaugurated in China last month. 

The Poco M4 Pro 5G has a 90Hz display with an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC that was revealed in August — alongside the Dimensity 920. 
Features in the latest smartphones include dual stereo speakers and offer around 1TB of expandable storage, with a new colour variant of the Poco F3 that was launched earlier this year.


Poco M4 Pro 5G: price

Priced at EUR 229, roughly around Rs. 19,600 for the 4GB RAM + 64GB storage variant Poco M4 Pro 5G will also be available in 6GB + 128GB configuration whose price is set for EUR 249 roughly Rs. 21,300.  

Poco M3 Pro 5G will be available for purchase in Cool Blue, Poco Yellow, and Power Black colours which will begin from November 11, Thursday. 

The company has also said that an early bird discount of EUR 30 which is around Rs 2,500 in Indian rupees that the customers can avail of through AliExpress, Goboo, and Shopee.

Information on the Poco M4 Pro 5G in India is yet to be announced. 

In May, the Poco M3 Pro 5G was launched in Europe and India in June, with the starting tag price of Rs 13,999 for the 4GB + 64GB storage configuration.
Besides the Poco M4 Pro 5G, the company has launched the Poco F3 in a Silver colour option alongside its existing Arctic White, Deep Ocean Blue, and Night Black shades as well. The colour choices will be available in 8GB + 256GB variant at EUR 329 (roughly Rs. 28,200) whose sale will start from November 11. Meanwhile, the smartphone will be available with the 6GB + 128GB model at EUR 299 (roughly Rs. 25,600) from November 26.

Poco M4 Pro 5G: specifications

Poco M4 Pro 5G dual-SIM (Nano) runs on Android 11 with MIUI 12.5 for Poco on top and has a 6.6-inch full-HD+ Dot Display with a 90Hz refresh rate and a 240Hz touch sampling rate. 
The phone’s display also comes with DCI-P3 wide colour gamut and is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 SoC, along with 6GB of RAM. The feature also has a  Dynamic RAM Expansion technology that is said to expand the RAM to up to 8GB utilising the built-in storage. 
Coming to photos and videos, the Poco M4 Pro 5G offers the customers a dual rear camera setup that contains a 50-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide shooter with a 119-degree lens. 

The camera setup comes with a list of artificial intelligence (AI) powered features including a Night Mode, and it is paired with an LED flash.
The Poco M4 Pro 5G provides a 16-megapixel selfie camera sensor at the front.
The Poco M4 Pro 5G storage front has 128GB of internal storage that supports expansion via a microSD card (up to 1TB). On the connectivity feature options, the Poco M4 Pro has 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS/ A-GPS, Infrared (IR) blaster, NFC, FM radio, USB Type-C, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. 
The new smartphone is also said to include an X-axis linear motor and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
