RRR actor Jr NTR tests COVID positive; asks fan not to worry

Junior NTR has tested positive for Covid-19, following Pawan Kalyan and Allu Arjun. Also his entire family was put in isolation and is doing well.

As we all know, the deadly Covid-19 pandemic is rapidly spreading across the world, with thousands of positive cases being reported every day. This novel coronavirus is not only affecting ordinary people; politicians and movie stars have tested positive for it as well. Jr NTR, the Telugu superstar, is the most recent celebrity to contract the deadly coronavirus.

Junior NTR announced the news on his Twitter page to all of his fans and the media, as well as stating that he is fine.



He tweeted, "I’ve tested positive for Covid19. Plz don’t worry, I’m doing absolutely fine. My family & I have isolated ourselves & we’re following all protocols under the supervision of doctors. I request those who’ve come into contact with me over the last few days to pl get tested. Stay safe".

Other Tollywood celebrities who have contracted COVID-19 before Jr NTR include Pawan Kalyan and Allu Arjun, to name a few. Pawan has made a full recovery, while Allu is still in home isolation and is recovering.

Jr NTR recently joined SS Rajamouli's RRR to spread COVID-19 awareness and encourage fans to take precautions and stay healthy. The entire cast, including SS Rajamouli, Ram Charan, Ajay Devgn, and Alia Bhatt, came together for the promotional video, making it a virtual get-together.


Along with sharing the video, he tweeted,"Wear a mask and get yourself vaccinated, when available! Let’s #StandTogether to stop the spread and save the country from #Covid-19". 

Rajamouli has decided to put the two epic and periodic heroes Alluri and Komaram Bheem under one frame for the fantasy periodic drama. This film was supposed to be released last year, but due to the deadly Covid-19, it has been postponed until October 13, 2021.
