The much-awaited trailer of Ajay Devgan's web-series Rudra: The Edge Of Darkness is finally out and fans are hailing the 'Singham' of Bollywood for his intense acting. As soon as Rudra Trailer was shared, it went viral in no time. Fans started sharing the Rudra Trailer on Twitter and lauded Ajay Devgn for his intense acting. However, one of the dialogues which might irk a row over the Rudra Trailer is when Ajay Devgn says 'Hamari System puri jumle par chal rahi hai' (our system is running false promises). In the Rudra trailer, Ajay Devgn can be seen talking to a co-actor who asks him 'Relationship mein break jaisa kuch nahi hota, aapko pata hai na? Jumla hai ye' On that Ajay Devgn replies, 'Pura system hin jumle par chal raha hai boss, meri shadi kya cheejh hai?' (Whole system is running on false promises, what is my marriage?)
It is pertinent to mention here that the word 'Jumla' is often used by the opposition parties in the context of PM Modi especially when he promised the people of India to get Rs 15 Lakhs in their account before he became the Prime Minister of India. Although Ajay Devgn specially mentioned about the whole system, it might hurt a certain section of society.

Coming back to Ajay Devgn's web-series, Rudra Trailer shows the 'Singham' actor playing the character of DCP Rudra Veer Singh pursuing criminals and while doing so, he forges a friendship with Aliyah, a genius sociopath, played by Raashii Khanna. It also showcases Rudra's complex relationship with his wife essayed by Esha Deol.
