Arjun represented India in India under-9 youth test however he wasn't eligible for past seasons as he had not played domestic cricket. This year he was part of the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy for Mumbai but did not have a great run in the tournament as the left-arm pacer went for 67 runs off 7 overs.

Now, murmurs are high that the Mumbai Indian's team management is likely to bid for Arjun as his father Sachin has always supported the Mumbai team in the IPL.
