The National Testing Agency (NTA) has started the application process for class 6 and class 9 for the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Exam (AISSEE) 2022.

On Tuesday, the National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the application forms for the entrance exam for class 6 and class 9 for All Indian Sainik Schools. The applications can be submitted online and to submit them, the candidate may go to the official website – aissee.nta.nic.in. 

As per the official notification, the last date to submit the application is October 26, 2021 (till 5 pm) and the entrance exam 2022 is scheduled on January 09, 2022.

NTA will be conducting the AISSEE 2022 in the paper pen mode in 176 cities across India for admission to Class VI and Class IX for the academic year 2022-23.

Sainik Schools offer admission for the classes 6th and class 9th. Admission is based on the performance of candidates in the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE).


Sainik School Admission: How to submit the application form?

Candidates may follow the below-mentioned steps to submit the application form:

Step 1: Go to the official site of AISSEE – aissee.nta.nic.in.

Step 2: Fill in the required details, including application number, password and the security pin (captcha code).

Step 3: Click on the “Sign in” button.

Step 4: Pay the application fees through net banking methods, keep a copy of proof.

Step 5: Save and download the application form for future reference.

Sainik School Admission: Documents required

  • Scanned images of the Candidate’s Photograph (file size: 10 kb - 200 kb) in JPG/JPEG format
  • Candidate’s Signature (file size: 4kb - 30kb) in JPG/JPEG format
  • Candidate’s left-hand thumb impression. (file size 10 kb -50 kb) in JPG/JPEG format. (In case of any eventuality of left thumb being unavailable, right-hand thumb impression may be used)
  • Date of Birth Certificate
  • Domicile Certificate
  • Caste/ Community/ Category Certificate
  • Certificate of service (for Defence category-serving) and PPO for Ex-servicemen, as applicable

Help Desk will be open from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Saturday. They can also write to NTA at aissee@nta.ac.in.
