Famous for playing character Salim Malik in 'Slumdog Millionaire' actor Madhur Mittal booked for sexual assault

The police have registered an FIR against Madhur for molestation, sexual harassment, and assault under the IPC

The Khar police have registered a case of sexual assault against actor Madhur Mittal, who played Salim Malik in Slumdog Millionaire. Madhur has been accused of injuring his ex-girlfriend by entering her house and sexually assaulting her. However, no arrests have been made so far in this case. According to police, the incident took place on 13 February.

According to media reports, the victim's lawyer Niranjani Shetty claimed that his client met Madhur in December last year. And within just 15 days, he started forcing her into intoxication. After this, on February 11, she ended all relations with Madhur. Madhur Mittal is short-tempered by nature. Madhur entered her room and tried to strangle her 15 times without talking. Slapped several times, pulled his hair, pulled his ears, punched his right eye.  It was sexual assault. She has injuries to her entire face, neck, chest, ribs, hands, back, ears and eyes.

Not only that, according to reports, Mittal had reached the victim's house on the day of February 15, but his lawyer threatened to send him away. The police have registered an FIR against Madhur for molestation, sexual harassment, and assault under the IPC. Significantly, Madhur is in Jaipur these days and is shooting for a web series.
