Three-day 'Ayurved Parv' concludes at Dayanand Ayurvedic College

The three-day 'Ayurved Parv' which was underway at Dayanand Ayurvedic College, Jalandhar, concluded here today.

The college successfully hosted the state level Ayurveda parv from March 19 to 21. Dr. Sanjeev Sood welcomed the dignitaries in the morning session. Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal, MLA Hoshiarpur, Jagjeet Samrai, Councillor & Director Punjab State Seed Coorporation, Vice Chancellor of Guru Ravidas Ayurved University, Dr. Bal Krishan Sharma Kaushik, Dr. Sanjeev Goyal, Registrar Guru Ravidas Ayurved University, Dr. Rakesh Sharma, Deam Academics, Guru Ravidas Ayurved University, Dr. Anil Bhardwaj, Secretary All India Ayurvedic Congress Chandigarh  were the chief guest and inaugurated the event.

There was scientific session of experts of Ayurveda Dr. Nishu Raina & Dr. Parveen Kumar from Dayanand Ayurvedic College Jalandhar on Covid-19 prevention and immunity through Ayurveda.

They honoured various staff who were putting their best for the successful completion of the three days Arogya Parav.

Mr. Vishal Pathania, Mr. Gurmej, Mr. Sukhwinder Singh and Mr. Gurmel of Guru Ravidas Ayurved University. Mr. Raj Kumar Sharma, Mrs. Suman Bala & Doctors of Dayanand Ayurved College, Jalandhar Dr. Renu Bala, Dr. Vijay Kumar Garg, Dr. Ashwani Bhargava, Dr. Madhurima Dr. Binu Sharma, Dr. Kuldeep Panwar, Dr. Suman Panwar, Dr. Gagan Thakur, Dr. Rohit Johari, Dr. Surinder Sharma, Dr. Amandeep Kaur, Dr. Vibhu Khanna, Dr. Smita Kumari, Dr. Neeraj Kumar, Dr. Deepak Verma, Dr. Roopam were honored.

Dr. Sanjeev Goyal praised Principal, Dayanand Ayurvedic College Dr. Sanjeev Sood & his staff for their best efforts for the completion of the three day Arogya Parav in which Covid-19 protocol was followed and free OPD services with medicine to the public were given for continues three days.

Dr. Raj Kumar Chabbewal, MLA was highly impressed by the management of Arogya Parav at Dayanand Ayurvedic College, Jalandhar. He told the masses about the benefits of Ayurveda in this pandemics period and stress upon the use of Ayush Kwath, Chawanprash and haldi in this difficult time. He praised office bearers of Guru Ravidas Ayurved University for promoting and propogating Ayurveda through education and through public service, camps, distribution of free medicines and informative expert lecture for public.

In the end, he congratulated All India Ayurvedic Congress, Guru Ravidas Ayurved University AYUSH Department of Govt. of India, Central council of Research in Ayurveda and siddha (CCRAS) and different Ayurvedic colleges, Homeopathic & Unani Colleges affiliated to Guru Ravidas Ayurvedic University and Dayanand Ayurvedic College, Jalandhar.
