Indian Cricket Team Captain Virat Kohli on Tuesday took to Twitter and hailed team India's performance against mighty Australia. Kohli also slammed the people who doubted team India's capability of defeating Australia in Australia after the horrific batting collapse in the Adelaide Test. 

India on Tuesday ended Australia 32 years undefeated streak at the Gabba and defeated the hosts with 3 wickets. Kohli on this took to Twitter and wrote, "WHAT A WIN!!! Yessssss. To everyone who doubted us after Adelaide, stand up and take notice. Exemplary performance but the grit and determination was the standout for us the whole way. Well done to all the boys and the management. Enjoy this historic feat lads. Cheers."

Kohli came back to India after the Adelaide test as his wife Anushka Sharma was pregnant. Kohli took paternity leave and recently he was blessed with a baby girl. For that he was widely criticized for leaving the team at a vulnerable time. However, his absence was fulfilled well by Ajinkya Rahane who impressed the cricket pundits from his captainship.
