Social networking platforms Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram have become a part of common life, be it official or any other, internet is one essential thing required to do work. Thus, slow internet makes people's lives problematic. 

Last week, the internet was down across the world causing trouble to users using these sites. According to a report by Daily Mail, thousands around the world, including the United States, Morocco, Mexico and Brazil faced issues with Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram. This caused trouble in sending messages and loading the application. 

Due to being down, Indians too could not open these platforms in the early hours today as they faced difficulty in sending messages, surfing or commenting on them. As these platforms were down, people took to Twitter and started complaining and sooner the microblogging site was filled with funny memes.
