West Bengal Board would announce the result of Class 12th or Uchha Madhyamik, Higher Secondary (HS) today. The result would be announced by the chief of West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE) at 3 pm and the link for the student’s scorecard would be activated at 4 pm at the official website – wbresults.nic.in.

The alternative evaluation scheme was followed by the board because the board examination was canceled due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The result would be based on the performance of the students in two grades – Class 10th and Class 11th. The WB HS Result is based on the 60:40 formula. 60 percent marks would be given according to the marks of the student in class 11th annual exams and 40 percent marks would be given based on marks in Class 10th.
